Tips for Transformation

Don’t aim for perfection - aim for presence.

If you miss a day, start again the next day. No guilt, no worries. This is a devotional journey. You won't be graded or judged.

Use the community. Ask questions. Share insights and experiences. Receive support.

Drink water, eat grounding food, rest. You are doing deep inner work.

If symptoms arise, return to grounding. Use breath, stillness, and simple touch to regulate.
