What to Do Each Day

• Complete the practice – Follow the instructions. 40 - 60 minutes per day.
• Reflect in your journal – Use the prompts provided if you'd like.
• Attend live sessions – Come live or watch the replays to stay connected.
Tips for Transformation
• Don’t aim for perfection - aim for presence.
• If you miss a day, start again the next day. No guilt, no worries. This is a devotional journey. You won't be graded or judged.
• Use the community. Ask questions. Share insights and experiences. Receive support.
• Drink water, eat grounding food, rest. You are doing deep inner work.
• If symptoms arise, return to grounding. Use breath, stillness, and simple touch to regulate.
